Homelab rack simulator

A free browser game where you mount a home server rack. Pick a room, place gear at its real height, and watch power, noise, and the jobs the build covers. No account.

How a round works

  1. 1

    Pick the room

A quiet living room, a media box, a small virtualization lab, or a free build with no score.

  2. 2

    Mount the gear

Drag a faceplate onto the rails, or tap it and then the lit row where the top screw lands. A 1U switch stays thin. A 4U NAS fills four rows.

  3. 3

    Read the cabinet

Watts and noise update on the rack. The job ticket lights up as files, photos, media, virtual machines, switching, or backup power are covered.

  • Small virtualization lab

A few virtual machines, a switch, and a UPS. Stay under 90 W.
